Diana Saverimuthu RP, MA
Diana (she/her) brings nearly 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across community agencies, non-profits, and private practice. With a strong belief in each person’s ability to create meaningful change, she offers guidance and evidence-based support during times that may feel overwhelming or unmanageable. Diana has supported individuals in building resilience, disrupting self-limiting patterns, and creating goals that promote overall wellness. Her therapeutic approach blends in-depth discussion, skill development, and the active application of positive behaviours, while remaining attuned to cultural context and systemic barriers. She believes that mental wellness is not simply the absence of symptoms, but the ability to live well and with intention.

Yasmin Ahmad RP, MA
Yasmin (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, identity development, and relationship challenges. She offers culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy, with a particular focus on working with South Asian clients and those from other racialized communities. Grounded in compassion and a deep belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and understood, Yasmin provides a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their goals, strengths, and needs at their own pace. She recognizes the impact of culture, intergenerational patterns, and systemic barriers on mental health and well-being. Her work is rooted in collaboration, client-centered care, and a commitment to honoring each person’s lived experience.
